4. Teacher and Student Responsibilities

Teachers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their profiles and lessons. Students are responsible for selecting teachers and participating respectfully. Both parties must attend sessions on time and communicate changes promptly.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Bookings, reschedules, and cancellations are managed in the platform. Certain cancellation windows or restrictions may apply based on system rules in effect at the time of booking.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant LangBuddy a license to host, process, and display it for operating the Service. LangBuddy and its branding, software, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

We may rely on third-party providers for authentication, communications, hosting, and video meetings. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.
